1. Head – PT
Function: Product Training
Education, Skills & Interests:
The ideal candidate should have
- BE/B.Tech/MBA Graduate
- 3-5 years of technical product training or related experience is mandatory.
- Self-initiative and highly motivated
- Blend of technical and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS-Office, Collaboration tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the leader and spearhead all the product training needs and programs for end-users, employees (technology, sales & business) and partners
- Identify and draft training requirements for the above highlighted learning groups and other set of users if any.
- Create and deliver training programs including curriculum development, training methodology, feedback mechanism, evaluation and certification frameworks.
- Build and record “How-To” videos of required set of modules and features
- Ensure all training modules are current and concurrent with product releases
- Ensure that product training is aligned with broader business/career objectives of respective learning groups.
- Proactively explore the training needs of all groups to develop the program and curriculum to meet the upcoming requirements

2. Product Trainer

The ideal candidate should have
- Any Graduate with 2-3 years of product training experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge in retail industry can be extra rewarded.
- Multi-lingual will be a strong plus (Should highly fluent in English, Hindi and at least one regional language)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training programs to designated learning groups as instructed by the superior.
- Assist in development of product training curriculum and evaluation frameworks as and when required.
- Record and maintain all the details of training delivery as instructed by superior.
- Capture and report the user feedback for each training session.
- Effective execution of evaluation framework to measure the impact of training and plan the re-orientation sessions in order to fill the identified gaps.
- Assist sales teams on special occasions such as demo for prospective marquee clients, trade shows, seminars, etc.
- Review and compare competitor products to recommend feature improvements, if required.
3. Head – Product Support
Education, Skills & Interests:
The ideal candidate should have
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA with 3-5 years of experience in the same role and must have worked in technology product environment.
- Must be customer service oriented with high level of adaptability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve the issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and formalize the operational schedule for fulfilling the support obligations as per SLAs and service standards.
- Supervise, motivate and appraise a team of product support specialists (business and technical) to achieve the highest product usage and less churn rates of client accounts.
- Pro-active support road maps for key client accounts.
- Improve productivity of PSS while highlighting deficiencies and extending the apt tools, technology and processes.
- Facilitate customer resolution for escalated issues follow-up with unsatisfied customers.
- Ensure the resolution of all issues within stipulated TAT.
- Work with other line managers to ensure operational consistency.

4. Product Support Specialist
Function:Implementation
Education, Skills & Interests:
The ideal candidate should have
- Any Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in client service environment.
- Experience in similar technology product support can be extra rewarded.
- Proficiency in HTML and fundamentals of web technologies may be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication etiquette and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to work in fast paced and constantly evolving team environment to manage all types of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience on MartJack to advocate (educate and demonstrate) clients for product usage, function and quality (at console level).
- Respond and solve all inward client support requests which originates from phone, email and website.
- Successfully manage client accounts by responding in a timely manner to all questions, concerns, and providing complete follow through on all support requests.
- Proactively monitor the product usage of key clients to provide exceptional support.
- Escalate the bugs, downtime issues, server issues if any for the respective technical support teams.
- Learn and service new features as they are developed and released.
- Maintain accurate client details & track record of correspondence with clients through relevant databases.
- Identify potential up sell opportunities within client base and work with relevant stakeholders to grow opportunities.

5. Business Analyst

The ideal candidate should have
- Any MBA Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or any fresh MBA graduate with retail/ecommerce as additional specialization.
- Working experience in retail may be extra rewarded.
- Having a strong understanding of how ecommerce websites work is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills coupled with good level of business acumen.
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as liaison between client and implementation team in order to take the online store live within stipulated time frames.
- Activate the client’s account after fulfilling the necessary formalities.
- Key focus will be understanding the ecommerce objectives of retailers/clients, analyzing the vital aspects such as merchandising strategy (categories, attributes, variants), product data, user experience and aggregating all other business information to configure the client’s online store.
- Ensures that all information and documents are collected, collated and easy to comprehend to meet the pre-requisites of implementation team.
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners to activate the allied services of account before go-live.
- Participate in functional testing of online store while reconciling with the objectives set forth.
- Effectively communicate the schedules and timelines of go-live in coordination with Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate with training teams to organize product training for client’s representatives, if any.
- Ensures client satisfaction with the delivery by involving them and keeping them engaged from initiation through go-live of online store.
6. Manager – Channel Development

- Any Graduate/MBA with 3-4 years of experience in channel development for Software Products
- Strong business acumen and capable of developing and managing multiple initiatives with the partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit partners for various channel partner programs to achieve the coverage and expertise required to drive the product adoption in the target territories.
- Conduct partner network meets in order to recruit new partners and to activate the existing ones.
- Maintain the comprehensive & accurate partner details in PRM system as provided.
- Check the authenticity of activities/events reported by partners to release market development fund, while maintaining the associated documents/records in order to submit for finance department.
- Escalate the eligible MDF claims for further approval
- Actively involve in resolving the channel conflicts and escalate the same to management, if required.
- Track the contract renewals and renew the agreements in timely manner.
- Solely responsible for partner relationships i.e. retention and loyalty.
7. Partner Enablement Manager (Sales)

- Any Graduate/MBA with 3-4 years of product or process or program management experience within a multinational company.
- Able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment
- Prior experience with designing, creating and launching partner or client or employee enablement programs is highly appreciated

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage sales enablement programs that aid channel partners in selling MartJack.
- Partner capability mapping in order to personalize the delivery of enablement program.
- Solely responsible for partner education including on-boarding; assessing current enablement status and driving the execution of the enablement plan
- Managing the partner portal with updated marketing collaterals, product data sheets, client case studies and any other information required to empower the partner, in coordination with T&D team.
